• No refunds on fresh flower arrangements.

Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once delivered to the provided address. Failed delivery due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability is not refundable. Re-delivery may require an additional fee.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion. No cash or card refunds.
